The VisionScan Scanner provides high quality images as a result of convolution filtering, dynamic background tracking and single pixel noise removal. The scanner produces top quality images at a wide range of resolutions ranging from 200 to 400 DPI, which may be selected from the keyboard or host system. (VS 1251 limited to 200-300 DPI)

Built-In Reliable Transport and Autofeeder

The VisionScan Scanner is a robust scanner for all applications. The standard unit includes a built-in 75 sheet autofeeder which reliably feeds a wide variety of paper stocks. The stationary CCD image scanner eliminates most alignment problems. Unlike some other rotary transport, pages are fed from the bottom of the stack to maintain their order in the output stacker.

AutoScan Batch Scanning Software

When it comes to batch scanning large numbers of documents, most imaging or OCR software do not offer the productivity tools needed for efficient operations. AutoScan software, associated with the VisionScan Scanner offers many functions designed to control high speed scanning of documents such as batch control, file set-up and visual quality control.
